The USPS is implementing major updates to its network and pricing, affecting Network Distribution Centers (NDCs), effective July 13, 2025. The primary change is the removal of NDC entry discounts, eliminating financial benefits for mailers dropping off at NDCs. Additionally, starting July 2025, the SCF (Sectional Center Facility) Postage Discount will be reduced by 30%. 

SCF entry, already favored by DMR’s customers for its proximity to final delivery, minimizes USPS handling and speeds up delivery. With these changes, SCF entry will become increasingly vital for mailers aiming to remain competitive.
