Happy Halloween from your scary friends at DMR!
It is hard to believe it has been 25 years! Time sure has flown. Our goal from the start was to fill Houston’s need as a full service, high quality, fast paced mailhouse. Back in 1999, we started out leasing a small space of only about 2,000 sqft with eight employees just inside the Heights. A few years later in 2003, we were able to restructure our lease and did a build out to accommodate about 10,000 sqft. of production space. With a lot of hard work, overtime and a little bit of luck, we were able to purchase our current building of 23,000 sqft up on the northwest side of Houston back in 2006. DMR now has over 30 full time employees and we are still going strong. We are constantly purchasing new equipment to keep up with the ever changing times making sure we always have the best technology on our production floor.
DMR’s success is all about people:
To our clients: It has been an honor and I am so appreciative to have been able to work with some of the best companies in Houston. From the small mom and pop shops up to the Fortune 100 companies that we process mail for, we thank you. We would not have made it this far if it was not for your continued support and your trust in DMR.
To our team: Being in business 25 years requires an unbelievable staff. There are so many of you that have been with us since our first building. You guys are the backbone of DMR. Without you, we would not be here today. I feel very fortunate to have you as my work family. Thank you for being part of our team.
Thank you for a special 25 years. I look forward to celebrating the next chapter together. I have always said, if you have received it in your mailbox, now so more than ever, DMR has the Resources to process your mail!
DMR attended the Printing United Expo out in Las Vegas to research new equipment. We are excited to announce that we ordered a brand new Kirk Rudy Phoenix Inkjet addressing system at the show!

Informed Delivery is a free service from USPS that shows you preview images of incoming mail, plus status updates about your incoming and outbound packages. Every morning the USPS will send you an email showing you all the mail pieces that should be arriving that day. The email will have a scanned image of each mail piece that should arrive in your mailbox. An additional service that can be added to the Informed Delivery.
Informed Delivery offers business mailers the opportunity to engage users through an integrated mail and digital marketing campaign that generates additional consumer impressions, interactions, and insights.
This process is not intended for tracking each piece of mail. Informed delivery is intended to track the marketing, Mail recipient must be signed up for informed delivery in order to receive the email with the link to the customers website.
To summarize, Informed Delivery is not the most effective way to track mail. It is intended to drive people to a website or online exposure. This is only efficient when the consumer is signed up for informed delivery, meaning if the consumer has not signed up for informed delivery, they will not even see the informed campaign.
We highly encourage all of our customers to sign up for this free service the USPS offers at:
